Svoronata Area

Svoronata is a charming, traditional village in southern Kefalonia’s Livathos region, nestled among olive and citrus groves, just 9 km from Argostoli and only 2 km from the airport. Retaining its pre-1953 earthquake character, the village features narrow, winding lanes, pastel-hued houses, and colourful gardens.

Though quiet and peaceful, it offers basic amenities like tavernas, cafes, and small markets.

Its location makes it a great base for exploring nearby sandy beaches such as Ammes, Ai Helis, and Avithos—all within minutes—and the rest of the island.
