Xi Beach

Xi Beach (Ξι) on the Paliki peninsula dazzles with its unique reddish‑orange sand and stark white clay cliffs, forming a naturally striking contrast. Stretching about 3.3 km, it’s a Blue Flag beach with shallow, gently sloping waters—ideal for families and safe swimming. The clay cliffs are believed to offer natural spa properties; visitors often smear the mineral-rich mud on their skin for a cleansing experience.

While some areas are developed with beach bars and water‑sport options, other sections remain wild and tranquil. Xi is accessible by road or bus from Lixouri, and at sunset, its vivid hues create a magical atmosphere.
